- Guidance and assistance with the conceptual design.
- Producing initial designs, scoping briefs and related cost estimates.
- The selection of appropriate designers (architects, engineers etc).
- Conclude Design, Funding and Contract Strategies
- Obtaining local authority guidance and approval.
- Produce specification & scope documentation to identify and procure the 'right' contributors
- Cost and Quality Control.
- Safety compliance.
- Co-ordinating and supervising the construction phases through to occupation.

My Background
Having spent nearly 30 years in the heavy industry, by applying the well practiced basic principles of project management I can now offer this invaluable experience to a wider range of clients.
Specialising in a straight forward, hands-on approach, total control of the project is retained. Thereby ensuring the Client gets what they want at the right cost and not what they're given at a great monetary and emotional cost.
While generally covering the Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset areas I can also offer a Project Set-up Service for other project locations. This will include identifying the principle considerations and steps that apply to your project, such as "what's the overall objective of this project?" and therefore the consequential logical way forward. Following on as necessary and/or required with support and guidance with the ensuing actions.
